For your outdoor cocktails or summer evenings, choose the summer palace overlooking the Grand Morin river. Open on all four sides, this space, entirely constructed of wood, exudes serenity. You'll be sheltered there in all circumstances.

Located in the "Grand Morin" guesthouse, this reception room is breathtaking thanks to its direct access to the Grand Morin river spillway. Featuring a large mezzanine and a spacious riverside terrace overlooking the estate's orchard, it's the perfect place to host your cocktail parties or brunches.
Area: 53 m2 on the ground floor, 43 m2 on the mezzanine, 70 m2 on the terrace.
